Mubasher: Amwal International Investment has elected a new board of directors for the coming three years, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

The Boursa Kuwait-listed company has named Badr Al Rezaihan as the new chairman, with the deputy chairman being Fouad Khan that represents Shuaa Capital, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

In early October, Amwal announced that its board members submitted its resignation after the UAE company Shuaa Capital has acquired the majority of shares in Amwal.
