| Additional Information | The Bank has distributed a net cash dividends of SAR 1,079.42 Million for the first half of the fiscal year 2018 to the shareholders registered in Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date Thursday 28/10/1439H corresponding to 12/07/2018 at the rate of SAR 0.90 per share which represents 9.0% of the share nominal value. Consequently, the total net distributed dividends for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2018 amount to SAR 2,038.91 Million at the rate of SAR 1.70 per share which represents 17% of the share nominal value. We would like to draw the attention of the non-resident foreign investors that the cash dividend distribution which is transferred by the resident financial broker is subject to (when transferred or credited to the bank account) withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with the provisions of article 68 of the income tax law and article 63 of its implementing regulation. |
