Mubasher: Gold prices stabilised at Friday’s close, as the US dollar went down.

By 7:21 pm GMT, Comex gold futures inched up 0.02% to $1,281.2 per ounce.

Gold spot levelled up 0.28% to $1,279.29 per ounce.

Meanwhile, the US Dollar Index (DXY) levelled down 0.16% to 96.42.
