Riyadh – Mubasher: The value of points of sales (POS) in Saudi Arabia increased by 16.5% or SAR 29.73 billion ($7.93 billion) year-on-year during the first eleven months, Mubasher reported, citing data from the Saudi Arabia Monetary Authority (SAMA).
The kingdom’s POS reached SAR 209.98 billion ($55.99 billion) from January to November, up from SAR 180.25 billion ($48.07 billion) in the corresponding months a year before, registering its highest level ever, SAMA added.
Saudi POS’ value jump 18% YoY in November
POS’ value levelled up 18.02%, or SAR 3.03 billion during November, to SAR 19.87 billion, from SAR 16.84 billion in November 2017.
