Qatar’s MEEZA signs 5-yr IT services deal with ASHGHAL
Qatar’s MEEZA signed a five-year strategic contract with ASHGHAL

Mubasher: Qatar’s MEEZA signed a five-year strategic contract with the Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL) to provide managed IT services.

MEEZA will provide the benefits of enterprise technology with a personalised, high-quality service based on ASHGHAL’s preferences and requirements, it said in a statement on Wednesday.

The two companies will work jointly to migrate existing critical services hosted in ASHGHAL’s data centre and improve IT services productivity by introducing managed infrastructure, monitoring services and optimised support activities for better resources management, MEEZA CEO Ahmad Al Kuwari explained.

“Through this strategic partnership, we aim to leverage MEEZA’s enterprise technology offerings, which suit well for our overall business goals and provide us a clear roadmap to grow in the fast changing tech-led economy," ASHGHAL President Saad bin Ahmad Al Muhannadi said.
