Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has recorded its second successive weekly growth, reaching its highest level in over 8 months,
The Tadawul All Shares Index (TASI) added 379.69 points, or 4.85%, to 8,210.16 points in a week.
Market capitalisation increased by SAR 84.87 billion to SAR 1.951 trillion at the end of the week, compared to SAR 1.867 trillion a week earlier.
Over the week, the market’s liquidity soared 81.5% to SAR 15.68 billion, compared to the previous week.
A number of 14 sectors went up, on top of which banks (7.12%+), food production (6.17%+), materials (4.65%+), and telecommunications (3.86%+).
Meanwhile, six sectors declined at the end of the week, including the real estate (1.04%-) and the pharmaceuticals (3.86%-)
