Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital on Sunday announced a cash dividend distribution for shareholders in its Taleem REIT Fund.

The Saudi financial services provider said that the distribution, amounting to SAR 8.160 million ($ million), will be based on 51 million existing units, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The distributed profit amount is SAR 0.16 per unit and its ratio to the initial price of the unit is 1.6%, Saudi Fransi Capital said, adding that the distribution ratio amounts to 1.58% of net asset value (NAV) as of Saturday 30 June 2018.

The distribution will be for the period starting 1 October until 31 December 2018, the subsidiary of Saudi Fransi Bank (SFB) added.

“The eligibility of dividends shall be for unitholders registered in the registers of Securities Depository Center by the end of Thursday 11/5/1440H corresponding to 17/01/2019 (end of trading day on 09/05/1440H corresponding to 15/1/2019),” Saudi Fransi Capital highlighted, noting that payouts will be made within 15 working days.
