Boursa Kuwait announces that it concluded its review of the listed companies in accordance with Boursa Kuwait Rules. Pursuant to this review, the following has been decided:
1) The upgrade of two companies form the Main Market to the Premier Market due to fulfillment of the Premier Market requirements. Upgraded companies:
a. Qurain Petrochemical Industries Co.
b. Humansoft Holding Co.
The upgrade shall take effect on Sunday 10 February 2019.
2) No downgrades from the Premier Market to the Main Market this year. Noting that “GFH Financial Group” breached the Premier Market Continuing Liquidity Obligations and has been granted a one year grace period to comply the requirements during which, GFH Financial Group will remain in the Premier Market.
3) No downgrades from the Main Market to the Auction Market pursuant to Boursa Kuwait’s decision and the Capital Markets Authority’s approval to extend the transitional period granted to companies to which such criteria apply until 31 December 2019.
