GULF WAREHOUSING COMPANY DISCLOSES ITS FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 2018 AND HOLDS ITS ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ON 04/02/2019
Gulf warehousing company has disclosed the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2018. The Audited financials revealed a net profit of QAR 237.5 million in 2018 versus QAR 215.4 million in 2017. The Company’s Earning Per share (EPS) amounted to QR 4.04 in 2018 compared to QR 3.68 in 2017. The Board also recommends to the General Assembly a cash dividend distribution of QAR 1.90 (19%) for each share for 2018.
The Company’s Board of Directors invites shareholders to attend the AGM & EGM Meeting of the company on Monday 04th February 2019 at 6:30 pm in the Four Seasons Hotel, to discuss the agenda of the General Assembly meeting. In case of the required quorum is not achieved, a second meeting will take place on Wednesday 06th February 2019, at the same venue and time.
