Mubasher: Kuwait’s Minister of Foreign Affairs announced the launch of an initiative for establishing a $200 million fund for investments in technology.

Kuwait will contribute $50 million to the fund’s capital to allow investment in the fields of technology and digital economy with the participation of the private sector, Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah said at the fourth Arab Economic and Social Development Summit held in Beirut on Sunday.

Lebanese President Michel Aoun called for launching an "Arab bank for rebuilding conflict-afflicted Arab countries” during the opening of Beirut’s Arab Economic and Social Development Summit.
