Dubai – Mubasher: Canada has confirmed its participation in Expo 2020 Dubai to explore investment opportunities in the major event.

This will be the American country’s first participation in a World Expo since Expo 2010 Shanghai China.

"We are working hard to ensure greater international cooperation to enhance the future of humanity, founded on the strong relationships that we enjoy with countries around the world, including Canada,” UAE’s minister of cabinet affairs and the future, Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, commented.

Planned to be held between 20 October 2020 and 10 April 2021, Expo 2020 is expected to attract 25 million visits, 70% of them are projected to come from outside the UAE.
