Cairo – Mubasher: Nile Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries on Sunday said that it turned to losses in the first half of fiscal year 2018/2019.
Net loss totalled EGP 5.15 million during the six-month period, against profits of EGP 2.4 million in the corresponding period the year before, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The company’s revenues increased to EGP 315.79 million during H1-18/19, from EGP 227.63 million in the same period FY18/19.
Nile Pharmaceuticals previously posted it has incurred EGP 9.5 million in loss for the three-month period ended September 2018, against profits of EGP 5.7 million in the same period of 2017.
Revenues rose to EGP 138.5 million in the three-month period, versus EGP 123.4 million in the same period a year earlier.
