Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE has topped the Arab world in 2019 in terms of cultural openness, diversity, and quality of life.

The country ranked 23rd in a list prepared by US News and World Report website, which ranks countries in terms of cultural openness, diversity, and the quality of life, along with other criteria.

In the Arab world, Qatar came second on the list, followed by Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Meanwhile, Iraq bottomed the US website’s list.

Globally, Switzerland topped the list, while Japan and Canada came in second and third, respectively, while the United States held the eighth place in the ranking.
