The Board of Directors of Saudi Cement Company, during its meeting held on 01 Jamada II 1440 (6 February 2019), has recommended to the general assembly to distribute cash dividends to the shareholders for the Second Half of 2018 as per the following:

Eligibility date
Entitlement to dividends shall be to shareholders as of the day of the forthcoming General Assembly Meeting, as per the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) at end of the second tadawul day following the entitlement day. The date of the forthcoming General Assembly Meeting will be announced later on.
