Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties on Thursday announced the launch of its latest investment called “Golf Town” project.

Located in Dubai’s Damac Hills complex, the project comprises spacious, modern apartments and world-class views of the community’s 7,300-yard golf course , the UAE’s leading property developer said in a statement.

Damac also unveiled new spaces and attractive interiors at the Damac Broker Awards ceremony, an annual event attended by over 300 of the developer's top agents and sales partners.

Golf Town project is near to various important facilities as Jebel Ali School, Carrefour, a golf course, parks, and a number of healthcare facilities, Damac’s first deputy chairman said.

Commenting on launching the project, Niall McLoughlin, the senior VP at Damac Properties, said: “We are happy to be introducing another customer-focused product into the market. Several studies have indicated a growing demand for community-inspired spaces that are within the reach of first-time homeowners and renters.”

With direct access to nearly 4 million sq ft of private green parkland and holistic health facilities, the development is adjacent to the Jebel Ali School, a Carrefour Market, and the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai, the real estate firm noted, giving no further details on the project’s investment cost.

Damac Properties last reported a 53% year-on-year profit slump in the first nine months of 2018, logging AED 1.092 billion, compared to AED 2.304 billion.
