Mubasher: Volkswagen’s unit in China has recalled 48 Lamborghini cars due to a defect in fuel tanks.

The recalled vehicles include 32 Aventador S Coupe and 16 Aventador S Roadster, according to the New China News Agency (Xinhua).

China’s State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) stated that the recalled cars might pose safety risks due to defective fuel tanks.

Volkswagen China pledged to replace the fuel tanks of the 48 cars free of charge to ensure the safety of its customers.
