Mubasher: AMC Group has announced the acquisition of the majority share of M3roud.com, a Sudanese e-commerce marketplace for fashion, clothes, accessories, jewellery, handicrafts, electronics, arts, and books, according to Magnitt.

“Since we arrived in Sudan from the UK 18 months ago, our vision has been to help bring digital business to life in Sudan,” CEO of AMC Lumyaa Kamaleldeen Majzoub said, adding, “The acquisition of M3roud.com is part of that overall vision, and we are excited to see how far we can grow this business.”

The Co-Founder of M3roud.com commented, “We’ve always seen the potential of digital marketplaces in Sudan, and now with AMC group we have both the resources and business expertise that complement our technical expertise.” 

It is noteworthy that M3roud.com’s competitors include, Souq.com, Namshi, and awok.com.
