Gulf International Services disclosed its financial statements for the period ended on 31.12.2018. The statements show that the net loss is QR98 million compared to net profit amounting to QR85 million for the same period of the previous year.

Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR-0.53 for the period ended December 31, 2018 compared to EPS amounted to QR0.46 for the same period of the previous year.

The Board of Directors of the company recommended no dividend for the period.

The Board also approved the calling to convene an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings of the shareholders on Sunday 10th of March 2019. Agenda items and meeting details will be provided later.
