Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) on Sunday announced that it has no future merger plans, according to the bank’s filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

Last week, Bloomberg reported that ADIB was in early talks with financial advisers about measures such as combining with a larger entity or buying a smaller institution.

By 10:51 am UAE time, ADIB’s stock rose 0.47% at AED 4.31.
