DFM ends Monday’s in green on selective purchases
The real estate sector levelled up 0.51%

Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Monday’s trading session in green territory, pushed by selective purchases.

The general index inched up 0.59 point, or 0.02%, closing the session at 2,550.52 points.

The bourse’s trading volume reached 108.48 million shares exchanged with a turnover of AED 156.7 million through 2,343 transactions.

The consumer staples sector topped gainers with 1.96% on the back of Amanat Holdings’ 2.04% increase, while the transportation sector rose 0.73% as Aramex grew 1.2%.

By the end of the session, the real estate sector levelled up 0.51% as DAMAC Properties advanced 1.26%.

On the other hand, the goods sector headed losers with 1.74% as DXB Entertainments plunged 2.01%, while the investment sector went down 1.57% as Shuaa Capital declined 7.9%.
