Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait rose in Tuesday’s early trading session after the All-Share Market index grew 0.28%, followed by the Premier Market index with 0.27%, and the Main Market index inched up 0.29%.

By 9:21 am Kuwait time, the financial services sector led gainers with 0.84%, followed by the banking sector with 0.54%, while the basic materials sector led losers with 0.73%.

Tamdeen Investment’s stock was the best performer with 9.6%, while Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate’s stock was the worst performer after losing 9.3%.

The bourse saw trading of 10.11 million shares exchanged through 400 transactions at a turnover of KWD 2.2 million.

The National Bank of Kuwait’s (NBK) stock, which added 1.27%, topped the bourse in terms of liquidity with KWD 908,200, while the stock of Investors Holding Group, which grew 2.56%, generated the highest traded volume with 1.3 million shares.
