Mubasher: The board of KAMCO Investment approved, during its meeting on Tuesday, the possible merger with Global Investment House, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

KAMCO’s board has approved the adviser’s report that recommends swapping a share ratio of 0.75522821 share of KAMCO for every share of Global, the statement added.

The board members also approved reactivating the financing activity of KAMCO.

Global Investment House is expected to hold a board meeting on Thursday, 21 February to review the adviser’s report and evaluate the suitable recommendation of the merger process.
