Riyadh – Mubasher: Mӧvenpick Hotels & Resorts, an upscale brand within the AccorHotels Group, on Sunday announced the inauguration of a new hotel in the Saudi city of Jeddah under the name Mӧvenpick Hotel Tahlia Jeddah.

The new facility is owned by Hadia Abdul Latif Jameel Food Products Trading Co., the international hospitality firm said in a statement.

Including 161 suites and rooms, the expansion marks Mӧvenpick Hotels’  fourth hotel in Jeddahand it is the only facility in the Saudi city which provides three interconnecting rooms.

“Mӧvenpick Hotel Tahlia Jeddah, through its design, unique dining options and spacious rooms and suites, will add to Jeddah’s upscale offering as the city continues to attract a greater number of visitors through Saudi Vision 2030’s economic and social reforms,” AccorHotels’ chief operating oficcer in Middle East and Africa (MEA) Sami Nasser stated.

The newly-opened hotel also comprises a spa with two treatment rooms, sauna and steam rooms, outdoor pool, a health club with cardio equipment, weights, and a multi-purpose sports court.

“Mӧvenpick Hotel Tahlia Jeddah is a glamourous addition to the city’s hotel scene and perfectly encapsulates the energy of this modern metropolis,” Mӧvenpick Hotels & Resorts‘ general manager Muhieddine Zok said.

Mӧvenpick Hotels & Resorts is also operating hotels in Riyadh, Yanbu, Qassim, Madinah, Makkah, and Al Khobar cities.

Mövenpick Hotel Heraa Jeddah, Mövenpick Residences Al Khobar, Mövenpick Hotel Financial District Riyadh, and Mövenpick Hotel Wa’ad Al Shamal are expected to be inaugurated in 2023.
