Riyadh – Mubasher: Tabuk Cement has signed an agreement with Golden Oil Co. for the export of 500,000 tonnes of clinker to Yemen.

The deal will be expired by year-end, according to a bourse statement.

The company announced that no related parties were involved in the deal.

The financial impact of the agreement will be reflected on Tabuk’s financials starting from the second quarter of 2019, the Tadawul-listed company added.  

The deal’s value was not disclosed.
