Cairo – Mubasher: Catalystal Partners, a financial advisor, on Thursday announced the acquisition of Delta Finance Investment to pave the way for a potential initial public offering (IPO) on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).  

The transaction was in line with Catalystal’s strategy to develop all its activities, chairman Aly El-Tahry stated.

Tahry added that the deal was intended at expanding Catalystal Partners’ activities in the market and developing medium-sized and family companies, enabling them to launch public offerings.

Catalystal Partners’ activities include cooperating in the incorporation of companies that issue securities and the increase of their capital.

The deal’s value was not disclosed.
