Cairo – Mubasher: Arkan Palm for Real Estate Investment has signed an agreement with Egypt's New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for the construction of an integrated commercial, administrative, medical, and recreational complex.

The new complex will be located on the 26th of July Axis in Sheikh Zayed City, according to Ahram Online.

Situated on 205 acres with EGP 59 billion investments, the project is expected to create 57,000 jobs.

NUCA signed a partnership agreement with Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC) to build a full-fledged urban project over 500 acres in Sheikh Zayed city.
