Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) on Wednesday announced the distribution of cash dividends worth SAR 9.9 million to the SEDCO Capital REIT Fund’s unitholders.

These dividends will be for the period from 1 January to 31 March, according to SEDCO’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

An amount of SAR 0.165 will be distributed per unit, accounting for 1.65% of the initial price, and equalling to 6.60% on an annual basis.

The dividends, representing 1.64% of the net asset value as of 31 December 2018, will be paid within 30 days as of the due date, the statement added.
