Mubasher: Eagle Hills Muscat, a joint venture between UAE-based Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi and Izz International, on Wednesday announced the inauguration of a new sales centre in Oman.

The new centre will offer Oman’s first fully-serviced and branded apartments in The Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Muscat, according to Eagle Hills Muscat’s statement.

This step is part of the UAE-based real estate developer’s efforts to provide “quality properties in emerging countries to help drive economic growth,” Eagle Hills’ CEO Low Ping said.

Situated in the heart of Muscat along Shatti Al Qurum, the new 156 exclusive Residences will provide living areas ranging from 75 to 260 square metres, with various facilities including concierge and doorman services, spa access, an outdoor pool and deck, and a private outdoor rooftop garden with mountain and city views.
