Further to the Company’s announcement on 25/4/1440H (corresponding to 11/1/2019G) relating to the signing of the share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Arnon Plastic Industries Company Limited (“Arnon Company”) from the sole shareholder Al Fozan Holding Company (the “Transaction”), Bawan is pleased to announce the completion of the Transaction and satisfying all of the regulatory approvals related to the Transaction including the execution of the reinstated articles of association of Arnon Company before the notary public to reflect the ownership of Bawan of the entire share capital in Arnon Company. |
