Mubasher: Soor Fuel Marketing’s (Soor) ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Tuesday has approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends worth KWD 2 million at 5 fils per share, representing 5% of the share’s par value, for the full fiscal year 2018.

Distributions are eligible for shareholders registered in the firm’s registries by the maturity date which will be after 15 days following the OGM’s meeting date, according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait.

Soor’s shareholders approved to pay KWD 60,000 as remuneration to the board members for the fiscal year that ended on 31 December 2018.

The company's profits levelled down 1.27%, reaching KWD 3.41 million from January to December 2018, compared to KWD 3.45 million.
