Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Wahat Al Zaweya announced on Sunday announced that the company’s board of directors had approved distributing cash dividends worth 2.25 fils per share for the year ended 31 December 2018.

The company will pay total dividends of AED 52 million, representing 2.25% of the company’s capital, to shareholders, according to a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

The Abu Dhabi-based company’s capital amounts to AED 2.312 billion, divided into 2.312 billion shares at a par value of AED a share.

During the full-year 2018, Wahat Al Zaweya incurred a loss of AED 307.206 million, compared to AED 30.561 million in 2017.
