Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Babtain Power Telecommunication Co on Sunday announced the distribution of cash dividends of SAR 21.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2018 on 25 April.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders owning shares on 10 April and as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

On 24 March, the Saudi firm’s board of directors proposed distributing 5% of the share’s nominal value, or SAR 0.5 per share, as cash dividends for Q4-18.

For the full-year 2018, Al Babtain Power Telecommunication Co’s net profits dropped 52.65% to SAR 69.7 million from SAR 147.2 million in the prior year.
