Cairo – Mubasher: The CEO and managing director of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding, Hisham Talat Moustafa, said that the real estate market in Egypt is not witnessing a slowdown in the current time.

Talaat Moustafa Group has launched various real estate services during the past period that boosted the sales of the company, the CEO added on Wednesday, on the sidelines of signing a partnership agreement to establish a real estate financing services company.

The real estate developer has created a batch of property services that suit different levels of the customers’ incomes in order to endorse the sales, the CEO added.

It is worth noting that Colliers International MENA recently told Mubasher that the real estate market in Egypt has been witnessing the establishment of industrial units in new cities across the country that would create approximately 200,000 job opportunities in the short- and medium- term.
