Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The annual general meeting (AGM) of Dana Gas approved the board’s recommendation of distributing 5.5% of the capital as cash dividend for fiscal year 2018.

Dana Gas will pay 5.5 fils per share to the entitled shareholders at a total of AED 383.73 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

Furthermore, the shareholders of Dana Gas approved raising the capital by AED 18.74 million to total AED 6.99 billion instead of AED 6.97 billion.

Dana Gas, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), said that its shareholders also agreed that the company’s shares buyback not to exceed 10% of the total capital, standing at AED 6.97 billion subscribed shares out of AED 9 billion authorised shares.
