Dubai – Mubasher: The shareholders of Dubai Investments approved distributing 10% of the capital as cash dividend for fiscal year 2018.

Dubai Investments will pay 10 fils per share to the entitled shareholders as dividends at a total share of AED 425.2 million for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2018.

Furthermore, the company which is listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), said it would pay AED 10.5 million as remuneration to the board of directors, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

During FY18, Dubai Investments reported a 53.53% year-on-year drop in net profits to AED 651.38 million.
