Mubasher: Oil settled higher on Thursday, as the US reported higher natural gas stockpiles.

May Nymex WTI rose $0.24, or 0.4%, to close at $64 per barrel.

Energy Information Administration (EIA) reported today that the US natural gas inventories rose by 92 billion cubic feet (Bcf) in the week ended 12 April, totalling 1,247 Bcf.
