Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Sunday with a mixed performance, as the All-Share Market index inched up 0.25%, the Premier Market index added 0.41%, while the Main Market index shed 0.17%.

By 9:23 am Kuwait time, the oil and gas sector was the best performer with a rise of 0.53%, while the insurance sector led the decliners after dropping 1.4%.

The United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) topped the gainers with 8.64%, while Mena Real Estate was the top loser with 4.08%.

Boursa Kuwait’s trading volume reached 42 million shares, through 1,130 transactions, generating KWD 8.2 million.

Ahli United Bank – Bahrain (AUB), up 0.77%, was the most active stock on which 8.81 million shares were exchanged, with a turnover of KWD 2.3 million.
