UAE – Mubasher: Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Hospital) on Sunday announced that it has opened a new facility at the emirate of Ajman, the UAE, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The new hospital, owned by Ajman Healthcare Development Company, offers 150 Inpatient beds and 46 Outpatient Clinics.
Saudi German Hospital has no shareholding in this hospital and offers Management Supervision under its asset lite revenue model.
The newly opened facility has received all the required licences and started receiving patients as of 15 April.
However, Saudi German Hospital noted that it is entitled to 10% of the net profits before taxes as management supervision fees.
The company expects to start earning Management Supervision Fees starting from 2021.
