Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Al Ezz Dekheila Steel – Alexandria has agreed on paying EGP 1.87 billion cash dividend for fiscal year 2018.

Furthermore, the company approved paying EGP 20 per share to the entitled shareholders as cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2018, at a total value of EGP 267.29 million.

Al Ezz Dekheila Steel nodded to paying EGP 534.58 million for each of the first three quarters of fiscal year 2018, according to a bourse disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

During FY18, Al Ezz Dekheila Steel achieved profits of EGP 647.35 million when compared to EGP 362.4 million in FY17.
