Riyadh – Mubasher: The details of procedures of dual listing on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will be revealed within two weeks, the bourse’s CEO Khalid Abdullah Al Hussan told Al-Arabiya on Thursday.

Some GCC companies will be listed on Tadawul during the second six months of the current fiscal year, Al Hussan added on the sidelines of the Financial Sector Conference (FSC) held in Riyadh.

The top official stated that the market signed agreements with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Bahrain Bourse to pave the way for dual listing on Tadawul.

The Saudi bourse is working on attracting foreign investments, Al Hussan revealed, noting that Tadawul was still luring foreign capital, with foreign ownership making up over 6.5% of the market.
