Mubasher: The shareholders of Automated Systems have approved the board’ recommendation to distribute 4 fils per share as cash dividends for the full fiscal year 2018.

Dividends represent 4% of the firm’s capital, according to a bourse statement released on Sunday.

The value will be eligible for shareholders who are registered in records of 16 May, while the distribution will take place on 23 May.

The company’s shareholders also elected a new board for the coming three years.

Automated Systems’ profits slumped 69.1% to KWD 494,350 in 2018 from KWD 1.6 million during 2017.
