Riyadh – Mubasher: Eastern Province Cement Company on Wednesday announced that the company’s shareholders had approved distributing a cash dividend of SAR 0.75 per share for 2018 during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held the previous day.

Dividends will be distributed on 15 May for the shareholders registered at the end of the second trading day following the OGM date, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

For the full-year 2018, the Saudi cement producer’s net profits fell by 34.6% to SAR 70 from SAR 107 million in 2017.
