Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution (ADNOC Distribution) announced it has hosted the Capital Markets Day in London on Tuesday for the first time since its initial public offering (IPO) on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) in December 2017.

The company’s management has displayed a presentation to institutional investors and analysts in London yesterday and will provide a similar presentation in New York on Wednesday, according to a press release.

Presentations of the Capital Markets Day focus on giving the latest updates on ADNOC Distribution’s achievements to date, growth strategy, and future vision, in addition to their business financial profile, the UAE’s largest fuel retailer said.

The event has been organised by ADNOC Distribution’s leadership team headed by Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi, acting CEO, John Carey, deputy chief executive officer, and Petri Pentti, chief financial officer.

ADNOC Distribution operates 381 retail fuel stations, 260 ADNOC Oasis convenience stores which include 14 Géant Express convenience stores.

It is worth noting that leading fuel distributor had logged an AED 577.9 million in net profits in the first quarter of 2019, compared to AED 541.7 million in Q1-18.
