Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Services Company’s (SISCO) shareholder approved distributing a 4% cash dividend, or  SAR 0.4 a share, for the full-year 2018 during a meeting held on Tuesday.

SISCO will pay total dividends of SAR 32.64 million for the year ended 31 December 2018, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders at the end of trading on 7 May, and as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The dividends will be paid on 22 May, the statement added. 

SISCO’s capital amounts to SAR 816 million, divided into 81.60 million shares.  

In 2018, SISCO posted a 21% year-on-year profit decrease, recording SAR 46.7 million.
