Mubasher: Emaar Hospitality, a subsidiary of the leading Dubai-based Emaar Properties, on Thursday announced the launch of a single-point mobile app that covers all the hotel, hospitality, and leisure experiences under the group.
The fully-integrated app will provide users with a wide range of services including booking of hotels, restaurants, spas, golf, and entertainment attractions via their mobile devices, according to a press release.
The new app replaces all the apps previously launched for the group’s individual hotel brands and leisure attractions, the hospitality and leisure businesses company said.
The Emaar Hospitality Mobile App is now available on App Store and Google Play, the release pointed out.

“Replacing all the other Apps that we had launched years ago, the App further simplifies the user experience and serves as a single point source of information and to access various services. Guests from anywhere in the world can make informed decisions and plan every detail of the lifestyle choices they cherish across our hotels and leisure attractions,” Newman added.
The app will enable guests to experience a comprehensive portfolio of hotel, hospitality, and leisure services at the group’s luxurious upscale hotel brands such as Address Hotels + Resorts and Vida Hotels and Resorts, as well as leisure attractions including the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, Dubai Hills Golf Club ,and Dubai Marina Yacht Club.
Through the app, guests will also have access to a variety of services offered by Rove Hotels, a joint venture formed by Emaar Properties and Meraas.
Guests can also book restaurants and spas under the hotels of Emaar Hospitality via the new app, the release added.
Moreover, the app will enable users to review the unique value propositions of each hotel and leisure attraction and discover its unlimited features.
The user-friendly app is part of Emaar Hospitality’s digital initiatives aiming at connecting with customers to enable them to customise their travel plans and make reservations via the rapidly growing smartphones in the region.
Emaar Hospitality will maintain investing in digital solutions to come out with new innovative strategies that boost bookings, ease hotel operations, integrate added-value services, and deliver personalised experiences for its guests.
