Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu National Petrochemical Company’s (Yansab) board approved to distribute a cash dividend of SAR 1.75 per share for the first half of 2019.

Yansab will pay H1-19 dividends on 16 July, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders at the end of trading on 2 July, and as per the registered shareholders in the register of The Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

In the first quarter of 2019, Yansab posted a 38% year-on-year decline in net profit, recording SAR 390.6 million.
