Due to Alujain Corp. non-compliance with announcing its financial statements Financial results Q1-2019 during the specified period mentioned in the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (3-123-2017) dated 9/4/1439H corresponding to 27/12/2017G. 

According to the Exchange’s authorities stipulated in the Listing Rules approved by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (3-123-2017) dated 9/4/1439H corresponding to 27/12/2017G Amended pursuant to resolution number (1-115-2018) dated 13/2/1440H corresponding to 22/10/2018G ,and the procedures of suspension of listed securities approved by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (1-10-2019) dated 24/05/1440H, corresponding to 30/01/2019G, The Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) will perform the following: 

1.    Suspend the trading of Alujain Corp. share on the Exchange for one trading day, dated on Monday 08/09/1440H corresponding to 13/05/2019G.

2.    The trading of the share will be resumed for twenty trading sessions starting from Tuesday 09/09/1440H corresponding to 14/05/2019G following the one day suspension, and the company is required to announce its financial statements before the end of Monday 14/10/1440H corresponding to 17/06/2019G.

3.    In case the company did not announce its financial statements during the period stated in point (2), trading of the share will be suspended again starting from Tuesday 15/10/1440H corresponding to 18/06/2019G until the company announces its financial statements.
