Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s prime minister Mostafa Madbouly has met with the minister of supply and internal trade and the minister of finance to review the plan of the local wheat supply.

About 1.620 million tonnes of wheat have been received from local farmers, with expectations for receiving about 3.6 million tonnes during this harvest season, minister of supply and internal trade Ali Meselhy revealed.

Additionally, the necessary financial allocations will be provided for importing required wheat, the Egyptian Cabinet's spokesman, Nader Saad, said in a statement.
