Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose by 7.63 points, or 0.09%, to close at 8,374.27 points on Tuesday.
TASI’s turnover climbed to SAR 6.417 billion on Tuesday from SAR 5.341 billion in the previous session.
The basic materials and banking sectors rose by 0.72% and 0.47%, respectively.
Saudi Cable’s stock led risers and grew by 8.44% to SAR 32.75, followed by the stock of Batic Investments and Logistics which increased by 5.14% to SAR 32.7.
On the other hand, Saudi Paper Manufacturing’s stock headed fallers after sliding 9.9% to SAR 9.17.
Saudi Basic Industries Corp’s (SABIC) stock led TASI in terms of turnover with SAR 1.07 billion, while Alinma Bank’s stock registered the highest trading volume with about 19.87 million shares.
