Dubai – Mubasher: Amanat Holdings on Sunday announced that its shares are compatible with the principles of Islamic Sharia according to the certificate issued by Dar Al Sharia Limited.

Dar Al Sharia has reviewed Amanat’s financial statements for the first quarter of 2019 and confirmed that the compliance of the company’s activities and objective with Sharia, Amanat said in a statement.

Accordingly, the company will submit its financials to Dar Al Dharia for periodic review to affirm continuous Sharia compliance.

It is worth noting that Amanat previously reported AED 20.7 million in net profit for Q1-19, up 43% year-on-year.
